COLLEGE DUES:
For the payment of fee and other charges, the academic year is divided into four quarters, and the fee for each quarter is payable in four equal installments as under: -

- Since the fee is fixed, no bill is sent to parents and parents have to collect the fee vouchers from the bursar's office to deposit in the National Bank of Pakistan located near the entrance of the college. If the fee is not paid within the due date, a fine of Rs.200/- imposed.
- Any student whose fee is not paid by the mid of financial term is liable to be struck off the college roll at the discretion of the Principal and may be re-admitted on payment of Rs.1500/-
- No student is allowed to take any examination unless his or her account has been settled in full by the date on which the examination begins. Full boarding and lodging fee is charged from a new boarder for the quarter in which he joins the hostel.
- The college tuition fee is charged from the beginning of the financial quarter in which he/she joins. The students appearing for the external examination (PEC, SSC, HSSC, O' level and A' Level) have to pay college dues upto by the end of the calendar month in which their external examination finishes.
- In case of withdrawal by a parent / guardian, the student pays full fee for the quarter in which he / she is withdrawn. Quarterly fees are not refunded in any case.
- When two or more brothers/sisters are admitted, a rebate of Rs.100/- per month is granted to second and following brothers/sisters as long as elder brothers/sisters pay full fee to remain on college rolls.
