ADMISSION

 

a) Admission is on competitive basis and open to boys and girls from all parts of Pakistan and abroad. There is a written test in English, Mathematics and Urdu for admission to classes 1-8 and General Science for class 9th as well.

 

For admission to 1st year class, candidates are tested in all the SSC examination subjects. There is no formal written test for admission to Nursery.

 

a) The age required for admission to Nursery is 4 plus. The main entry is in Nursery class and admission to other classes depends upon the vacancies.

 

b) Interview for admission to Nursery is generally held in February / March.

 

c) The academic year for all classes starts after spring break in April and finishes in March.

 

 

COURSES OF STUDY AND CURRICULUM

 

Syllabus is divided into three terms in a year's time and at the end of each term, an exam is conducted to assess the progress of the students. Boys and girls are prepared for Secondary School Certificate, Intermediate, Cambridge University O' Level AS and A' Level examinations.

 

The choice of each student is carefully adjusted to his / her ability and aptitude as well as to the future career which he / she has in view. The medium of instruction is English.
